CloudElite operates under a strict No Refund Policy. Once the training program begins, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to dismissal for misconduct, non-payment, or withdrawal from the course. We encourage all students to review the course materials, payment terms, and expectations before enrolling to ensure the program meets their needs.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made prior to the start of the program. Once the program has begun, students are financially obligated to complete the payment plan they selected during enrollment. If a student fails to make timely payments, they may be dismissed from the program without a refund, as detailed in our contract.
Shipping and Delivery
Not applicable, as CloudElite provides all training services and materials digitally.
