All prices are listed in USD (unless otherwise stated). Prices may change without prior notice but will not affect payments already made for ongoing programs.
Training Services: Refunds may be issued within 7 days of enrollment if no course materials have been accessed.
Consulting/Custom Projects: Refunds are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Events or Workshops: Refunds depend on the event’s specific cancellation policy.
All refund requests must be sent to admin@cloudelite.us.
All materials, including course content, videos, graphics, logos, software, and documentation, are the intellectual property of CloudElite or its licensors.
You agree not to:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell course materials without written consent.
Use our trademarks or brand elements without authorization.
Reverse-engineer or misuse proprietary technology.
Limited, non-transferable access is granted solely for your personal learning or business engagement with CloudElite.

Access to training materials is granted upon full payment and remains valid for the specified duration of the course.
Completion certificates are issued upon meeting all program requirements.
CloudElite reserves the right to update course content or modify curriculum to reflect current industry standards.
For consulting or project-based engagements:
Deliverables, timelines, and costs will be outlined in a written proposal or agreement.
Any additional requests outside the agreed scope may attract extra charges.
CloudElite is not liable for client delays or failure to provide necessary materials.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
CloudElite is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes from training or consulting engagements.
